How to deal with the sanding of polyether amine ground?
2019-10-23 22:01:33

Polyether amine can be used as a curing agent in concrete, so we should not only control its skills and methods, but also pay special attention to the relevant matters of operation. In the construction, if the operation is improper, it is easy to shorten the life of the ground, so in this process, if the ground is sanding, how to deal with it?

polyetheramine

Water cement ratio: when the cement mortar is configured, the water cement ratio is too large, which causes the cement mortar to be too thick, which causes the cement floor constructed by polyether amine to be easy to sand.

Improper pressing time: too early, when the hydration of cement is just beginning, at this time, the pressure will not be completely formed, and too much moisture will lead to the water surface of the cement surface, which will be unfavorable for the strength and abrasion resistance of the cement mortar. Too late, if the cement mortar has set and hardened during calendering, the difficulty of calendering will increase, and improper operation will damage the hard solution surface, which will greatly reduce the strength and anti-wear ability of the surface layer.

Unqualified raw materials: the main raw materials are cement and sand. If the strength grade of the cement used is too low, or there are expired and damp caking cement in the cement, the strength and wear resistance of the cement concrete will be seriously affected. If the adopted sand particle size is too small, its surface area is large, the mixing water demand is large, the water cement ratio is increased, and the strength of polyether amine curing agent concrete is reduced; if the sand contains too much mud, it will affect the bonding between cement and sand, and it is easy to cause sand on the ground.

Improper maintenance: the cement mortar floor is generally maintained for 7 days, which includes initial setting, final setting, hardening and hydration after the cement is mixed with water. Although the next day is dry, the hardening of cement does not mean the end of hydration. The hydration will penetrate into the cement particles and strengthen the strength of cement mortar floor. If the curing time is not enough, it will affect the hydration of cement, thus affecting the strength.
