What are the precautions for amino polyether in storage?
2019-11-13 17:23:14

Precautions for amino terminated polyether in storage refer to: when the material barrel is placed vertically, there shall be no water on the barrel cover, and the material barrel shall be placed in a cool and dry place, away from the heat source, and shall not be exposed to the sun. If the whole barrel cannot be used up in one time, the end must be closed immediately after each use to prevent impurities, water vapor, etc. from entering the barrel and affecting the use. If more than two brands of amino terminated polyether are used at the same time, they shall be stacked in categories and marked with obvious marks. The storage time of amino terminated polyether added with ordinary flame retardant shall not be too long, and the white material prepared on the same day shall be used as much as possible on the same day, otherwise it is easy to deteriorate and affect the foaming quality.

polyether

1. It can be soluble in ethanol, water, alcohol and other organic solvents.

2. There are a lot of hydroxyl groups and ether bonds in polyether amines, which are very water-soluble and easily soluble in alcohol, so it is easy to clean with ethanol or water. If the water solubility of some products is not very high, it is basically no problem to use alcohol.

3. When polyether amine technology is in the process of formation, if it adheres to the skin, it can be washed with a large amount of water. When entering the eyes, wash the eyes with water for more than 15 minutes.

4. In case of spillage, the permeable substances such as sawdust, yellow sand and cloth shall be removed and washed away with a large amount of water.

5. Of course, there are many other cleaning agents that can be used properly. It's easy to dissolve them in water.

6. Polyether amines produced by polyether amines technology are generally transparent viscous liquid, non-volatile, colorless, yellowish, yellow, etc. It is heavier than water, can be mixed with water in any proportion, and can be dissolved in organic solvents such as alcohols. It is prepared by the addition polymerization of initiator (compound containing active hydrogen group) with EO, Po and Bo in the presence of catalyst.

7. The polyether amine technology with large production is to use glycerin (glycerin) as initiator and epoxide (PO and EO are used together generally). Various general products are produced by changing the feeding mode (mixed or separate adding), dosing ratio, feeding sequence and other conditions of Po and EO.
