The density of the product after injection molding is greatly enhanced, and the carbon formation effect is more rapid. So when using lighter to test flame retardant, we must distinguish the object, so that the test results will be more accurate, and it is easier to identify the flame retardant grade of flame retardant.

Why is the concentration of flame retardant too high?

There will be many problems in the use of flame retardant, but only by understanding the causes and solutions can the problems be solved correctly. Some customers will think that the higher the concentration of flame retardant, the better the flame retardant effect. Therefore, excessive concentration of flame retardant will lead to a certain degree of change of flame retardant. What should we do if the concentration of flame retardant is too high?

1. When flame retardant fabric (fabric, wood) is treated with excessive concentration of flame retardant, appropriate amount of water can be added to reduce the concentration.

2. Shorten the treatment time of flame retardant. For example, shorten the time of soaking fabric and wood with flame retardant.

3. Stop the treatment of flame retardant immediately and continue to treat with low concentration flame retardant.
